i am not sure that we should catagarize christian art as christian art. it’s art. and as soon as we label it – there will be people who have a bad impression of christianity that will automatically turn off to it, and ultimately never get the message. in my mind god is gentle, very artistic and subtle. jesus mixed in with the masses, talked to them – the sinners of the world – in order to know them, be kind to them, save them.
god speaks to us in so many ways and art should be no exception. we should use our god given talent to reach people just as though we are not seperated by belief. after all even christians are sinners.
